This is an on going collection of odd information I pick up from the trimedia (news papers, TV and the net) which I want to share to the world. Oddities are something unusual -- perhaps worthy of collecting; an eccentricity that is not easily explained or perhaps a strange attitude or habit- anything that caught my attention browsing the news which are funny (at least to me) unusual, strange or thought provoking which I want to share…urbi-et-orbi.

BIG PayPal PAYDAY: credits man $92 quadrillion accidentally!
Chris Reynolds' PayPal account was erroneously credited $92,233,720,368,547,800. from CNN |
A man in the United States could have made it as Forbes number 1 richest man on Earth with a $92 quadrillion windfall coming from PayPal last June, a CNN news report said Thursday. Chris Reynolds' account balance swelled to a whopping $92,233,720,368,547,800 which he saw in his emailed statement of account for the month of June from PayPal. The AMOUNT WAS 5,500 TIMES THE U.S. NATIONAL DEBT!
When he checked his account online, the balance was brought back to $0, the correct amount. PayPal admitted the error and offered to donate an unspecified amount of money to a cause of Reynolds' choice.
Before this incident, the most Reynolds ever made on PayPal was "a little over $1,000" selling a set of vintage BMW tires on eBay. He is a Pennsylvania PR executive who sells auto parts in online marketplace eBay.
